Hans' Brisket Mop Recipe


12 Ounces of Your Favorite Beer
1/2 Cup of Cider Vinegar
1/2 Cup Water
1/4 Cup of Canola Oil
1/2 Medium Onion Finely Chopped
2 Garlic Cloves, Minced
3 Tablespoons of Worcestershire Sauce (Lea & Perrins)
1 Tablespoon of Hans' Brisket Rub
